With over 23 years of financial services experience, Jonathan Penta founded Penta Wealth Management to deliver comprehensive, high-touch wealth management to business owners and high-net-worth families. He holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) designation and specializes in business exit planning and integrated wealth strategies.

Managing Director, Senior Wealth Advisor
With approximately 40 years in financial services, Mark Fiskio brings deep experience in investment strategy and client portfolio management. He is the creator of the proprietary “Rules Based Investing®” methodology, which guides disciplined, systematic investment decisions for clients.
Anthony Lima
Director of Client Service & Operations
Anthony Lima oversees portfolio management and account operations at Penta Wealth Management. Before joining the firm, he served as Vice President of Operations at State Street, where he developed expertise in financial operations and client servicing at an institutional level.

Glenn Caldicott leads investment research and portfolio construction at Penta Wealth Management. He holds the CIMA® designation and is the creator of “The Insider Portfolio®,” a proprietary investment approach combining rigorous analysis with strategic insight.
